Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor daily tasks for Income Auditors and Micros controllers.
  • •Audit revenue transactions (including intercompany postings) for accuracy and ensure Opera system and interfaces match.
  • •Ensure correct mapping between PMS and accounting systems and reconcile guest ledger postings and outlet totals.
  • •Verify room rates and supporting documentation, and validate paid outs, rebates, discounts, and adjustments per local policies.
  • •Prepare and distribute daily/monthly reports, manage cash controls (including cash counts and restaurant check controls), and conduct month-end entries and document filing.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in the luxury hotel income audit discipline.
  • •Advanced knowledge of financial standards, SOPs, and Chart of Accounts (COA).
  • •Proven team leadership experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Knowledge of Opera and Simphony systems (required).
  • •Knowledge of iScala and smart cash deposit machine (advantage).
