Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide regional commissioning leadership and ensure projects are delivered within agreed cost, quality, schedule and profit.
  • •Initiates and leads all phases of comprehensive design through post-occupancy commissioning and leads development of commissioning specifications, plan, procedures, and content.
  • •Lead Quality Control Verifier for commissioning procedures.
  • •Interface with clients on schedules, meetings and issues; manage client expectations and regularly update senior management on project status.
  • •Identify and lead key pursuits and contribute to commissioning proposals, including technical approach and pricing; participate in short-list interviews as SME/project lead.

  • •BA/BS degree with 8 years of experience or equivalent
  • •Proven track record delivering large, multi-disciplinary institutional projects
  • •Experience winning new work from new and existing clients
  • •US citizenship is required
  • •Preferred: BS in Mechanical Engineering; Licensed Professional Engineer (PE); Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP)
