Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive quality performance across all markets, proactively identifying systemic risks and emerging blind spots and partnering with Policy to resolve complex edge cases.
  • •Lead cross-functional RCA for major quality defects to align permanent resolutions across Policy, Engineering, and Operations.
  • •Lead and develop a team of Quality & Training Specialists through shadow audits, calibration sessions, and continuous competency growth.
  • •Innovate quality frameworks by re-engineering processes, optimizing workflows, and leveraging AI/automation to move from fixed audits to dynamic sampling.
  • •Establish training governance by using audit findings and RCA trends to identify capability gaps, shape training priorities, and monitor post-training quality performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience managing and developing quality or operational teams in a fast-paced environment, focused on capability building and employee engagement.
  • •Advanced ability to lead data-driven Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and translate metrics into actionable recommendations.
  • •Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, languages, and operational differences to ensure culturally informed, globally consistent quality and policy enforcement.
  • •Strong track record of optimizing workflows and implementing AI-driven/automated solutions for efficiency and scalability.
  • •Experience aligning stakeholders across Policy, Operations, and Product and operationalizing policy updates through training and change management.
