  • •Coordinate activities of multiple engineers on a program to ensure successful technical execution and delivery of solutions for the customer.
  • •Demonstrate proactive leadership by recognizing issues early and guiding teams with decisive corrections to prevent larger problems.
  • •Communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all levels inside and outside the company, and prepare presentations for diverse audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant work experience in software development using object oriented programming languages such as Java or C++.
  • •Full life cycle software development experience (requirements, design, development, debug, test).
  • •Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, information retrieval).
  • •Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
