Key Responsibilities

  • •Prep, sand, and buff vehicles as part of vehicle reconditioning.
  • •Remove and install bumpers.
  • •Perform minor plastic welding.
  • •Complete small area bodywork including Bondo repair.
  • •Support customer-ready vehicle delivery by working required schedules, including mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience.
  • •Perform light bodywork including prepping, sanding, buffing, bumper removal/installation, minor plastic welding, and small area bodywork (including Bondo repair).
  • •Physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (may be subject to an MVR check).
  • •Use safety equipment and work in a fast-paced environment exposed to excessive weather conditions.
