Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a portion or all of the manufacturing value chain, including Assembly, Integration & Test (AI&T) for electro-mechanical assemblies
  • •Drive continuous improvement (including Kaizen events) and support RCCA burndowns with Product Quality Engineering
  • •Develop process flows and break down complex assemblies into subassemblies and sub-processes
  • •Create manufacturing scale documentation such as work instructions, quality plans, and inspection requirements
  • •Partner with contract manufacturers and work with technicians/engineers hands-on to build prototype hardware and develop repeatable production processes

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a technical field (engineering, math, or a hard science)
  • •8+ years of experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware
  • •Ability to creatively deliver electromechanical hardware in a resource-constrained environment
  • •Personal experience physically manufacturing hardware (e.g., machining, fabrication, soldering, assembly)
  • •Experience with JIRA, Siemens NX, Teamcenter (PLM), or Oracle (ERP), or equivalents
