Guest Services - Darien Lake

Interact with guests to answer questions about products and services, resolve complaints, and provide information by phone or in person. Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain loyalty, adapt to guest needs, and refer unresolved issues to the proper departments. Record customer interactions and may solicit sales of additional services or products. Participate in venue sustainability efforts and help close the venue with the team after the show.
