Job Summary

Lead instrumentation and controls (I&C) projects for complex site and infrastructure systems across the full lifecycle—from scope and design through implementation, validation, commissioning, and long-term sustainment. Provide technical leadership for control system architecture, PLC/HMI/SCADA solutions, and control panel design, ensuring compliance with codes and internal standards. Coordinate with engineering, construction, and suppliers; perform field verification and redlines; and mentor engineers while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead I&C projects through full lifecycle for complex site and infrastructure systems (scope, design, implementation, validation, commissioning/start-up).
•Provide technical leadership for control system architecture, PLC/HMI/SCADA solutions, control panel design, and facility system integration.
•Develop scopes of work, cost/schedule inputs, and technical requirements; coordinate with project managers, construction, and engineering/design teams.
•Review designs and activities for compliance with codes, standards, and internal guidelines; provide feedback to improve quality and maintainability.
•Perform field verification and investigations; produce field notes/redlines and ensure sustaining drawings/documentation are updated.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering field (Master’s preferred).
•10+ years of relevant experience in industrial controls and/or facility infrastructure environments.
•Experience leading technical work, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results with minimal direction.
•Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing facility systems (e.g., HVAC, pumped chemical, gas, industrial wastewater treatment).
•Platform experience such as Emerson RX3i PLCs and/or GE Cimplicity SCADA.
