Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, including termination, resignation, transfers, redundancy, and related documentation.
  • •Independently lead client and external employee meetings for separations, settlements, negotiations, and workforce reduction consultations.
  • •Provide first-level employee relations guidance by conducting preliminary assessments, tracking cases, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining strict privacy and confidentiality; ensure accurate record-keeping in HRIS.
  • •Drive process improvements and initiatives through automation, product development, and enhancements to customer and employee experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Strong understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline approaches, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Business-level (advanced) written and spoken English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
  • •Tech-savvy with strong automation and AI capabilities, including AI fluency.
