Job Summary

Execute employee lifecycle data transactions and maintain accurate HR records in HRIS systems, serving as the primary entry point for hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and status/pay changes. Support HR Business Partners by resolving data discrepancies, managing HR tickets to SLAs, conducting routine audits, and generating reconciled reports. This hybrid role is based in the Overland Park, KS office (in-office policy: 3 days per week) with a strong focus on confidentiality and detail.

Key Responsibilities

•Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
•Enter and maintain employee lifecycle transactions in HRIS systems (new hires, terminations, rehires, promotions, transfers, status and pay changes) with proper approvals.
•Maintain accuracy and completeness of employee records and ensure timely updates.
•Manage and resolve assigned HR tickets within established SLAs, supporting onboarding and offboarding with data accuracy.
•Conduct routine audits, handle corrections and mass updates, and generate/validate reconciled reports as needed.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED required.
•Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or HRIS experience.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to detect discrepancies and errors.
•Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; UKG experience is strongly preferred.
