Key Responsibilities

  • •Support facilities with corporate and government real estate matters including identifying properties and negotiating lease/own acquisitions.
  • •Execute real estate transactions with Legal, Finance, and others, ensuring acceptable terms, timely and accurate payments, and proper document delivery.
  • •Maintain and organize real estate databases and files (hard copy and electronic) for accessibility and compliance.
  • •Track and report key portfolio details including contacts, area, location, lease provisions, expirations, and other critical dates.
  • •Gather market data and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, neighbors, and brokers to resolve issues and negotiate property matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s or bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of corporate real estate experience, or 15+ years of corporate real estate experience without a degree.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work cross-functionally while meeting tight deadlines.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to pass an Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral.
