Lead financial Earned Value management for a DoD program, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive contractual EVMS submissions, monthly cost forecasts, and baseline management. Partner with PMO, supply chain, contracts, and engineering to influence execution, deliver insightful analyses, and support strategic decision making in a high-visibility, hybrid role based in Tucson, AZ.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team regarding contractual EVMS submissions, develop, present and defend monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE), baseline and incorporate regular scope expansion tasking, and support related financial forecasting for the portfolio.
•Analyze EV metrics including weekly/monthly costs incurred and provide associated leading indicator guidance to Program and Business management, external stakeholders and the customer community.
•Communicate effectively across all levels of the business and foster relationships to improve execution implementation.
•Partner with program IPL and strategic partners regarding all aspects of program execution and strategy, driving influence and collaboration.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
•Experience in EVMS, Program Controls, or integrated cost/schedule management
•Experience with MS Office
•The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
