Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain on-site presence with client integration teams and build rapport at the client leadership level.
  • •Represent the account to client CTO/VP-Technical stakeholders and act as the final word on credibility and positioning.
  • •Validate solution direction and redirect approach before it reaches the client; resolve executive-level technical escalations with Principal Architects as needed.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery execution—schedule, budget, staffing, quality, and margin—across all workstreams and run delivery day-to-day through leaders and managers.
  • •Drive delivery KPIs and resourcing decisions, mentor delivery leaders, and identify expansion opportunities for growth and renewal conversations.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of technology delivery experience, including senior leadership time as Sr Director/Director at a consultancy, systems integrator, or enterprise technology organization.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery execution (schedule, budget, quality, margin) for large, multi-workstream client engagements.
  • •Build and sustain technical trust with client executives (CTO/VP-Technical) and represent decisions directly to that audience.
  • •Provide final authority on account technical direction, including redirecting solution approach before client presentation.
  • •Manage distributed onshore/offshore delivery organizations at scale while mentoring technical delivery leaders and handling escalations.
