Job Summary

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory data within the ERP/MRP system in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsible for recording receipts, issues, transfers, cycle counts, and adjustments; maintaining item master data; reconciling discrepancies; and generating reports to support production, purchasing, and warehouse operations.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Enter daily inventory transactions including receipts, issues, transfers, cycle counts, and adjustments into ERP/MRP system.
•Maintain accurate item master data including part numbers, descriptions, units of measure, and bin locations.
•Verify production reports, work orders, and material usage for data accuracy.
•Process purchase order receipts and reconcile discrepancies with Purchasing and Receiving.
•Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle count programs.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent required; 4-year Degree preferred and/or equivalent working experience.
•1–3 years of data entry or inventory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
•Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., NetSuite, or similar).
•Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel.
•NetSuite certification is helpful but not required.
