Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic technical advisement for NLR marine energy licensing and regulatory portfolio development and implementation.
  • •Support tidal energy advancement efforts by advising on siting, engagement, and regulatory processes for awardees.
  • •Support marine energy commercialization projects with strategic technical services.
  • •Review and assess presentation materials, toolkits, and published materials as part of licensing and regulatory advisement.
  • •Perform additional strategic and technical advisory tasks for the NLR marine energy subprogram as requested.

  • •Expert knowledge of marine hydrokinetic permitting processes and regulatory bodies.

  • •Demonstrated leadership and project management experience.
