Area Manager responsible for gastronomy sales across Köln, Düsseldorf, and the Ruhrgebiet region in North Rhine-Westphalia. You will acquire new customers, manage an existing portfolio, drive portfolio selling through brand positioning and pricing, implement marketing concepts, and negotiate terms while monitoring market trends and collaborating with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

•Acquire new customers in the gastronomy sector (clubs, restaurants, bars, events)
•Maintain and expand an existing customer base and manage a portfolio
•Drive portfolio sales through brand positioning, profitability, and volume strategies
•Implement concepts and marketing activities and conduct negotiations according to guidelines
•Monitor market trends in target gastronomy and regularly coordinate with colleagues in the sales area

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent commercial training
•Experience in the operational distribution/sales of beverages (beer, spirits, energy drinks, etc.)
•Strong presence, assertiveness and negotiation skills
•Very good English and MS Office skills; strong analytical abilities
•Driver's license (car) and willingness to relocate if needed
