Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and enforce standards through inspections and routine area walks.
  • •Train staff on customer service, anticipating guest needs, and problem resolution.
  • •Enforce safety practices and coordinate time management for the team.
  • •Manage financial activities, reporting, and vendor coordination (bids, scopes of work, RFPOs, and accurate purchase orders).

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in the hospitality or operations industry.
