Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare portfolio materials for client account review meetings by retrieving reports from EDS, PIMS, IMS, and PAS systems.
  • •Set up and maintain client account documentation for activities like automatic payments, pledging securities, address changes, investment guidelines, and fee updates.
  • •Order reports requested by portfolio managers or clients and communicate with clients and portfolio managers to ensure follow-up.
  • •Support client inquiries and initiate transactions, including processing physical stock/bond certificates and completing DTC transfers.
  • •Process client cash transfer requests and fund trades via CIT or all-in-one bank applications; review fee worksheets for correct calculations and coordinate with tax for discrepancies.
