Job Summary

Own complex customer engagements for enterprise AI security, serving as the technical point of contact across pre-sale and post-sale. Partner with internal teams and customers to implement and integrate Cyera’s AI security solutions, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and translate customer challenges into platform capabilities. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D to accelerate adoption, resolve escalations, and improve internal workflows through automation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead complex customer engagement projects across pre-sale and post-sale as the technical point of contact.
•Implement and integrate Cyera’s AI security solutions with technical feasibility and alignment to business needs.
•Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer challenges into new features and technical solutions.
•Troubleshoot complex technical issues with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges quickly.
•Design ad-hoc technical solutions and automation, and improve internal workflows, tooling, and best practices.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Solution Architect (or similar technical role), including customer-facing delivery.
•Create technical solutions and systems integrations, handling complex customer requirements end to end.
•Proficiency in querying (e.g., SQL).
•Strong cloud understanding with experience in at least one of AWS/Azure/GCP.
•Strong problem-solving, communication, and the ability to collaborate with Product and R&D to resolve customer friction.
