Job Summary

Build and ship AI agents, APIs, and applications for the People function, turning messy People Operations workflows and fragmented knowledge into governed, production-ready systems. You’ll integrate with Workday, Notion, and case management tools, design reliability for multi-model LLM services, and work across security/data governance constraints. Partnering with non-technical stakeholders, you’ll own architecture through CI/CD, monitoring, and production incident fixes.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and ship AI agents, APIs, and applications on Affirm’s internal platform, owning the full lifecycle from architecture to CI/CD and monitoring.
•Transform People Operations requirements into production systems and integrate with Workday, Notion, and case management tools for governed answers.
•Connect AI systems to Affirm’s security and data governance infrastructure while ensuring employee data stays within access policies.
•Design reliability infrastructure for multi-model LLM services, including structured output validation and quality controls.
•Partner with stakeholders to scope problems, make architecture decisions, and diagnose/fix production issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 195,000 - 280,000 annually

•Work effectively with non-technical stakeholders by translating between business needs and technical requirements.
