Key Responsibilities

  • •Take great care of customers by identifying what they didn’t know to ask for (coverage gaps, discounts, renewals).
  • •Answer inbound calls from customers shopping or updating auto/home/motorcycle and other policies.
  • •Develop deep product and insurance-company knowledge to guide customers to the right coverage.
  • •Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and proper coverage.
  • •Process service requests such as vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
