Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Build compelling product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and pilots, and lead customer workshops to show how AI agents and automation solve industry challenges.
•Serve as a trusted advisor to IT and business leaders, articulating how Salesforce fits into enterprise architecture and digital transformation roadmaps.
•Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to tailor solutions across assigned industries.
•Stay curious and continuously develop knowledge of Salesforce AI capabilities and emerging technologies.
•Engage credibly with both technical and business audiences across operational teams and executives.

Key Requirements

•Experience in a Solution Engineering, pre-sales, or Solution Consulting role, with ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
•Background in financial services, hospitality or automotive industries with hands-on experience in automation, data platforms, or AI applications in an enterprise context.
•Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
