Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support a regional team of Customer Success Managers across APAC, including strategic account planning, executive engagement, escalations, and operational support.
  • •Improve the customer journey by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve time-to-value, and increase customer adoption while monitoring customer health and risks.
  • •Coach and develop CSMs to meet CSAT, retention, adoption, and KPI targets, and personally manage executive relationships and participate in Executive Business Reviews.
  • •Drive post-sales commercial performance by enabling CSMs to run business reviews, identify expansion and churn risks, and support value-based renewals.
  • •Act as the voice of the customer by translating APAC market insights into recommendations for leadership and partnering with cross-functional teams to influence product improvements and adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years leading enterprise Customer Success, strategic account management, or post-sales commercial teams, including 3+ years managing managers or team leads.
  • •APAC regional experience.
  • •Basic understanding of industry-specific tools and processes, including CRM and Salesforce.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Demonstrated record driving renewals, retention, expansion, adoption, and strategic account growth, including ownership of renewals, price increases, upsells, and cross-sell motions in a SaaS/subscription environment.
