Job Summary

Design, develop, and execute scalable automated test solutions for Salesforce and integrated enterprise applications. Partner with product, engineering, business analysis, DevOps, and release teams to deliver high-quality Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, integrations, and custom apps. Own test frameworks, build UI/API/integration automation, define test plans and strategies, support CI/CD quality gates, and drive defect management and root-cause analysis—leveraging AI to improve test coverage and accelerate troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for Salesforce applications.
•Develop automated test scripts for Lightning UI, Apex-driven workflows, Salesforce Flows, APIs, and integrations.
•Execute functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
•Validate Salesforce customizations (objects, validation rules, process automation, approval processes, reports, and dashboards) and perform API/integration testing.
•Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, support release validation/deployment testing, and manage defects with root-cause analysis.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
•5+ years of QA automation experience.
•4+ years of Salesforce testing experience.
•Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities, including Lightning Experience.
•Strong API testing skills and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
