Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations to ensure compliant employee experiences.
  • •Handle complex employee relations and terminations, including attending calls/meetings and drafting legally sound documentation.
  • •Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
  • •Provide first-point-of-contact consultation to clients on benefits, compliance, and workforce planning across Southern Europe.
  • •Stay current on labor laws and cultural nuances, support employment contract advisory and performance/compensation needs, and coordinate immigration/mobility needs with the Global Mobility team.

Key Requirements
