Lead major data centre construction projects in Frankfurt by managing cost, schedule, and budgets while coordinating contractors, vendors, and consultants. Track critical milestones to prevent schedule slips, run client meetings, and oversee payment requests and potential claim-recording events on the client’s behalf. Identify construction cost drivers and monitor/report insights, supporting engineering decisions during design-build changes through clear information flow and communication.
