Job Summary

Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for commercial HVAC customers in a defined market. Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems, coordinating with project teams and customers to forecast needs, gather materials, and align on on-site work. Use cutting-edge tools and software, plus hand tools and blueprints, to diagnose and repair equipment while enforcing safety standards and maintaining accountability of company assets.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
•Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining products and equipment at customer sites.
•Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in commercial environments using engineering specifications/blueprints and hand tools.
•Use cutting-edge software and technology alongside tools to diagnose and repair units.
•Maintain safety standards and track the use/wear/conditions of company-issued and procured assets; work overtime/weekends as required, with occasional overnight stays.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 22.4 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school/formal training preferred.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld devices (smartphone, iPad).
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit & run, reckless/careless driving, license suspension).
•EPA Certification.
•Ability to work safely and physically perform the job (e.g., lifting/moving up to 10 lbs regularly, up to 40 lbs frequently, occasionally over 40 lbs; ladder use and rooftop access).
