Consultant Project Manager - Construction

Lead end-to-end project management commissions for Turner & Townsend’s Real Estate team in Birmingham, acting as the day-to-day client interface. Advise at project conception and on success criteria spanning time, cost, technical and performance parameters. Manage quality, safety, health and environment, governance, planning, change control, project finances, and cross-functional delivery while monitoring performance using KPIs and producing progress reports.
