Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement omni-channel merchandising strategy across key brands and categories (Skincare, Make Up, Haircare, Fragrance) in Hong Kong.
•Negotiate trade terms with partners, manage brand assortments, and develop annual brand plans including product launches and promotional activity.
•Lead floorplan, planogram, and in-store fixtures to optimize brand placement and support store openings or renovations.
•Collaborate with supply chain and VM to ensure timely launches, stock availability, and campaign execution.
•Coordinate cross-functional activities with regional teams, marketing, ecommerce, and retail to deliver 360 launch plans.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing.
•At least 8 years of experience in account, marketing, Merchandising, or multi-brand management, ideally in beauty or FMCG.
•Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships and influence team members at all levels.
•Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong ownership and ability to be both strategic and hands-on in achieving goals.
