Safety Manager – Deckorators (Buffalo, NY)

Coordinate and supervise the facility’s safety programs and initiatives, including regular inspections, accident/near-miss investigations, and implementation of corrective actions. Develop safety programs and incentives, train new hires and employees on safe machinery operation, and chair the Safety Committee. Oversee first aid/CPR readiness, forklift training certification, fire inspection coordination, hearing conservation, medical restriction work coordination, and OSHA 300/log reporting.
