Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary business process expert for SAP and MES-related manufacturing operations, including deployment, enhancement, testing, UAT, and operational readiness.
  • •Define and maintain manufacturing business process requirements, transaction workflows, master data governance, and manufacturing system standards.
  • •Lead business activities for SmartFactory MES implementation and adoption, including WIP management, dispatching, quality control, traceability, and production reporting.
  • •Drive manufacturing data collection and digitalization initiatives to improve process visibility and support manufacturing analytics, performance monitoring, and operational reporting.
  • •Support logistics and warehouse operations (receiving, shipping, warehouse management, inventory control, material movement) and improve inventory accuracy, efficiency, and material traceability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Systems, Business Operations, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience supporting manufacturing operations, production systems, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain processes.
  • •2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP manufacturing and logistics modules (PP, MM, WM/EWM, IM, or related modules).
  • •Experience supporting or implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, electronics, or capital equipment environments.
  • •Experience with enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), process documentation, and change management.
