Branch Manager - Pelican Bay

Lead branch sales, service, and operations by managing a portfolio of high-value consumer and business customers. Drive revenue through coaching teams to achieve budgeted production goals, expanding relationships, and initiating partner referrals. Oversee recruiting and hiring, ensure branch operations follow security, risk, and regulatory policies, and monitor sales/service/financial performance. Maintain product, service, technology, and policy knowledge while building community and internal partnerships.
