Job Summary

Provide technical leadership to a team of analysts by analyzing, building, and maintaining applications. You’ll develop and modify software solutions, review requirements and business processes, and execute projects across the software development lifecycle. Partner with business stakeholders and senior management to integrate workflows, design API- and event-driven integration patterns, and develop AI-enabled solutions using tools such as Copilot Studio to improve operational outcomes.

•Collaborate with business partners, project teams, and senior management to develop solutions that integrate business processes.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship while designing integration patterns, building APIs and event-driven workflows, and creating AI-enabled solutions.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED plus at least 15 years of IT experience, or an associate’s degree plus at least 10 years of IT experience, or a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field plus at least 8 years of IT experience.
•Ability to independently design and build integrations, APIs, and applications using modern tools and patterns.
•Demonstrates excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with safety as the top priority.
•Passion for AI and intelligent solution development, actively exploring AI technologies to solve real business problems.
•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and PC skills.
