Own the infrastructure layer behind an AI hiring platform, designing and running reliable production systems. You’ll deploy and manage GCP-based services with Docker and Kubernetes, build CI/CD pipelines, and implement monitoring and alerting to catch issues early. Key Responsibilities

•Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on GCP, including Docker/Kubernetes container orchestration.
•Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Cloud Run) to deliver code safely and quickly.
•Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, New Relic) and define SLOs/SLIs with error budgets.
•Lead end-to-end incident response as incident commander, including triage, mitigation, resolution, and post-incident improvements.
•Automate infrastructure provisioning to reduce toil using scripting (Python/Bash) and IaC (Terraform/Ansible), and administer MongoDB.

Key Requirements

•Mid-level DevOps/SRE experience with real production ownership and ongoing reliability responsibility.
•Hands-on experience with GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, GKE) plus Docker and Kubernetes.
•Ability to administer and optimize MongoDB, including backup and disaster recovery.
•Experience defining and working with SLOs/SLIs and error budgets for critical services.
•Working knowledge of IaC (Terraform/Ansible) and CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions or CircleCI.
