Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead stakeholder engagements to define business strategies, gather high-level requirements, and translate them into actionable insights, technical specifications, and process flows.
  • •Use AI-enabled tools to improve requirements gathering, documentation, testing, analysis, and delivery speed in an AI-native business analysis approach.
  • •Serve as the primary triage agent for the data ticket queue, managing assignments through Azure DevOps.
  • •Contribute to QA for data products (reports, dashboards, datasets, semantic models, KPIs, calculations, transformations, and integrations) and validate delivered solutions for data accuracy and consistency.
  • •Facilitate Agile ceremonies as a Scrum Master (stand-ups, refinements, sprint planning, retrospectives) and partner with engineers to deliver complex projects.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a proven track record in a Product Owner role (scope, ownership, prioritization, stakeholder influence).
  • •Demonstrated AI fluency, including leveraging generative AI/Copilot and intelligent automation to improve requirements management, QA/testing, and decision support.
  • •Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and moderate-level database management, with experience using AI/ML concepts to improve analytics delivery and testing.
  • •Strong understanding of data governance practices to drive continuous improvement and ensure datasets are AI-ready.
  • •Knowledge of Agile principles, including writing features/user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and leading sprint planning and backlog refinement.
