Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; order parts; and diagnose root causes with real-time data.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment and ensure service vehicle readiness for field work.
  • •Maintain complete, timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed on a daily basis.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and travel to customer job sites for repairs/maintenance when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position and demonstrate advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Have extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Provide superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •Have a High School diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Maintain a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
