Perform 24/7 security monitoring as a first responder, triaging and validating alerts to separate false positives from real threats. Investigate IPS alerts from Check Point, analyze malware behavior from Palo Alto sandboxing, and detect DDoS activity using NetScout perimeter tools. Follow incident response procedures, document and escalate confirmed incidents with accurate handovers, and maintain incident records and security posture through patching and asset inventory updates.
