  • •Mentor and technically lead senior engineers via coding standards, review processes, and CI/CD best practices; troubleshoot complex real-world system issues.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a technical field such as Computer Science or Applied/Computational Mathematics.
  • •Expert proficiency in modern C++ and/or Rust, including asynchronous and multithreaded programming (e.g., Tokio).
  • •Proven experience architecting large-scale, production-grade real-time or high-performance codebases.
  • •Deep experience building performant real-time numerics-heavy software with strong applied math foundations (probability, linear algebra, optimization, ODEs, statistics).
  • •Experience with CI/CD, unit testing, git version control, and microservices; eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
