Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, count, and place printed circuit boards into correct locations while filing required paperwork.
  • •Maintain PCB inventory accuracy by performing inventory transactions in the system for items moved to/from proper locations.
  • •Provide production with necessary PCBs for each job and supply the Service Department with spare parts or replacement boards.
  • •Participate in cycle counting activities and troubleshoot bad PCBs.
  • •Program and test all PCBs, test software and approve new versions, and keep the board room clean and organized.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Associates Degree in Electronics (2-year degree) or related discipline.
  • •Minimum 1 year experience with electronics, circuit boards, soldering, and organization skills.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • •No relocation offered; candidates must live within 50 miles of the Richmond, VA location.
  • •Preferred: completed welding/brazing/soldering certificate and experience with manufacturing/assembly/repair or standard operating procedures.
