Key Responsibilities

  • •Install and repair telematics systems and devices on vehicles, construction equipment, heavy equipment, and customer assets.
  • •Operate machinery as needed during installation for testing purposes.
  • •Remove and replace ignition systems and integrate communication between keypad and telematics systems.
  • •Handle installation scenarios including custom wiring harnesses for CAN-network access for vehicles and equipment.
  • •Identify and resolve problems by gathering/analyzing information and developing alternative solutions when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (trade school certificate preferred).
  • •Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools (good with your hands).
  • •Hard-working, eager to learn, and mechanically inclined.
  • •Experience in a related field (e.g., electrician, HVAC tech, car audio installer) and/or prior mobile electronics/automotive electronics experience.
  • •Ability to travel within a 250-mile radius for up to a week at a time and meet physical requirements (drive, maneuver in tight spaces, bend/squat, walk long distances, lift 25+ lb).
