Key Responsibilities

  • •Support end-to-end design and implementation of AI/ML solutions for clients, from problem definition and solution design to deployment and post-implementation support.
  • •Partner with project teams and client stakeholders to understand challenges, identify AI use cases, and define roadmaps, success measures, and delivery approaches.
  • •Oversee technical architecture and integration of AI and digital solutions with clients’ existing systems, data platforms, and security/governance requirements.
  • •Lead or support rapid prototyping of AI-enabled use cases (including generative AI, agentic AI, automation, knowledge search, analytics, NLP) and scale successful prototypes.
  • •Help the Digital Advisory team adopt AI tools and improved ways of working (including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform), and develop reusable delivery assets such as prompt libraries and governance checklists.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • •Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, data analytics, solution design, or technology-enabled consulting in an engineering/infrastructure/advisory context.
  • •Strong practical knowledge of AI tools and applications, including generative AI, Agentic AI, large language models, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and AI-enabled productivity platforms.
  • •Experience supporting the AI solution lifecycle end to end, including problem definition, data assessment, prototyping, testing, deployment planning, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • •Ability to translate business problems into clear technical and functional requirements and explain technical concepts in simple, practical business language.
