  • •Develop and implement supply chain strategies from NPI through high volume to meet business unit product strategy requirements.
  • •Lead high-value, complex supplier negotiations to ensure reliable, cost-effective materials and components supply.
  • •Establish end-to-end supply chain solutions for high-end technology projects from concept to first customer shipments.
  • •Participate in early PDP gate discussions and coordinate cross-functional/internal/external efforts to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, quality, and early risk containment.

Salary: USD 141,000 - 193,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven expertise in program management and supply chain management with strong business acumen.
  • •Minimum 15 years of supply chain experience, with experience leading teams in an NPI environment.
  • •Deep knowledge of supply chain disciplines, including supply chain strategy development, make-vs-buy, cost analysis, lead-time reduction, risk analysis, and capacity analysis.
  • •Demonstrated experience in cost negotiation and driving cost-reduction plans.
  • •Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering (advanced degree and MBA preferred).
