Lead and manage the China exhibition and conference portfolio, setting show vision and strategic objectives in line with the VP. Own sales direction, pricing strategy, targets, and revenue pathways, while managing key accounts, agents, sponsorship inventory, and CRM-driven opportunity tracking. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, manage and develop the sales team, and coordinate execution across marketing, content, delegate sales, and event operations to deliver outstanding attendee, exhibitor, sponsor, and delegate experiences.
