Job Summary

Transport ready mix concrete to construction projects, company facilities, and customers using ready mix trucks while following supervisor dispatch instructions. Perform daily pre/post trip inspections in line with DOT requirements, maintain mileage logs, and monitor gauges during operation. Load/unload materials, keep the vehicle clean, and handle minor servicing and maintenance. Ensure safe operations, product quality, compliance with laws and company policies, and consistent attendance.

Key Responsibilities

•Transport ready mix concrete to construction projects, company facilities, and customers using ready mix trucks.
•Perform daily pre/post trip inspections and complete required documentation per DOT guidelines.
•Load and unload equipment/materials and monitor vehicle gauges during operation.
•Maintain daily vehicle mileage logs and properly follow dispatch instructions and applicable laws.
•Perform minor servicing and maintenance; refer major problems to the supervisor.

Key Requirements

•Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
•Minimum 2 years experience driving a mixer truck (preferred).
•Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a CDL A or CDL B license.

•Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and criminal background check and possess a valid DOT medical card.
