Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform paint retouching and post-paint finishing, including waxing and buffing to CarMax quality standards.
  • •Execute dent repairs and bodywork prep such as masking, sanding, and grinding.
  • •Repair and replace small plastic and trim components while meeting CarMax detail standards.
  • •Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workspace following CarMax safety protocols.
  • •Follow CarMax Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and keep the work area clean and orderly.
