Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day support for recurring and ad hoc reporting, analysis, and presentations for the Financial Performance Analytics and Reporting function.
  • •Prepare first drafts of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports, scorecards, and Board/Executive packs for review.
  • •Support budgeting and forecasting by consolidating and validating annual budgets and periodic reforecasts, including version control and audit trails in the planning system.
  • •Translate financial results into executive-ready narratives and presentations using PowerPoint and think-cell, selecting appropriate visualizations for each audience.
  • •Manage cash call request inputs by preparing and reconciling cash flow forecasts, funding/phasing schedules, and variance explanations across requested vs. received funds and expenditures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business analytics, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, or financial performance analytics.
  • •Experience producing recurring management reporting packs and executive-level presentations.
  • •Hands-on budgeting and forecasting cycle support, including consolidation and variance analysis.
  • •Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query) and strong data reconciliation/quality discipline across multiple source systems.
