Supply Chain Supervisor

Lead day-to-day warehouse and card personalization operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant production outcomes. Assign and prioritize daily work, monitor throughput and service levels to meet legal and contractual obligations, and develop procedures to improve resource utilization. Coach and mentor associates on each shift, track performance against productivity, quality, and service goals, and partner with internal teams to resolve issues and support order and inventory flow. Maintain a safe, organized, compliant environment.
