Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate all structural steel fabrication activities in the fabrication shop, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and approved procedures.
  • •Execute fabrication work per approved IFC drawings, fabrication drawings, WPS and ITPs, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
  • •Coordinate with engineering, detailing, QA/QC, and planning teams to ensure accurate drawing interpretation and smooth workflow.
  • •Monitor productivity and manage optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and fabrication equipment; ensure material availability to meet schedules.
  • •Oversee inspections and documentation, including fit-up, welding, dimensional checks, material traceability, progress reporting, and as-built records.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in structural steel fabrication, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • •Proven experience working on ADNOC or similar Middle East oil & gas EPC/EPCM projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of structural fabrication processes, welding, and applicable codes (AISC, AWS, BS/EN).
  • •Ability to read and interpret structural, fabrication, and GA drawings.
