Key Responsibilities

•Source, track, and maintain a high volume of candidates without dropping the ball, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.
•Get onto the floor to understand the product, technical roadmap, and manufacturing reality (takt times, cycle times, throughput, yield) to pitch opportunities credibly.
•Translate missing roles into throughput and revenue impact to drive urgency and prioritization with hiring managers.
•Build deep trust with operations and program leaders through consistent operating rhythm while executing on deliverables.
•Track and analyze recruiting pipeline and performance data, and improve recruiting processes via referrals, automation, and process improvements.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of sourcing for technical roles and engaging top-tier talent.
•3+ years of client-facing experience working with hiring managers and directors to take new requirements, review profiles, and report pipeline progress.
•Deep network and fluency in manufacturing engineering, production, and/or supply chain, including recruiting roles such as manufacturing engineers, test engineers, design engineers, purchasers/buyers, and industrial engineers.
•Operationally minded: can engage manufacturing and supply chain leaders, identify problems early, and bring solutions.
•Strong closing and negotiation skills to secure hard-to-win talent and negotiate offers, including candidates who are seasoned negotiators.
