Market Coordinator

Ensure the health and expansion of hotel supply across Europe for Airbnb Hotels. Manage reactive partner accounts across Tier 1–3 markets, support onboarding and optimization with Market Managers, and handle escalations and hotel inquiries. Coordinate KYC processing, use data to drive growth in long-tail markets, educate partners on product updates, and cascade feedback to internal stakeholders—all while juggling multiple priorities and collaborating across teams.
